1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of Physify ("we", "us", "our"), an online exam-preparation platform for physician trainees. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms.
2. Study use only, not medical advice
Physify exists to help you prepare for exams. Everything on it, including courses, questions, explanations, mock exams, case simulations, AI feedback and answers from consultants, is meant to guide your study and nothing else.
- It is not medical advice and does not create a doctor and patient relationship with anyone.
- It must not be used to diagnose, treat or make decisions about any real patient. Use current local guidelines, product information and senior advice for clinical care.
- Medicine changes quickly. We work to keep content accurate and current, but it may contain errors or be out of date, and we do not guarantee that it is complete or correct.
- We do not guarantee any exam result. Exam content, format and marking are set by the examining bodies, not by us.
3. AI-generated feedback
The short case and long case simulators use an AI model to play the patient and examiner and to mark your attempt. AI output can be wrong, inconsistent or incomplete. Treat it as practice feedback, not as an assessment of your clinical competence. Do not enter any information that could identify a real patient.
4. Eligibility & accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity under your account. Access is for your personal use only and may not be shared.
5. Memberships & billing
Physify is offered on paid subscription tiers (Basic and VIP), billed monthly or annually in Australian dollars via our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
A 7-day free trial of the VIP tier may be offered. A payment method is required to start a trial, and unless cancelled before it ends the trial converts to a paid VIP Monthly subscription. The VIP Yearly plan is discounted for the first year and renews at the standard annual rate thereafter; the renewal amount is shown to you at checkout.
6. Cancellations & refunds
You may cancel at any time from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you retain access until then. Except where required by Australian Consumer Law, payments are non-refundable.
7. Content & intellectual property
All courses, questions, explanations and other materials are owned by Physify or its licensors and are provided for your personal study. You may not copy, redistribute, resell or publish any content.
8. Independence
Physify is an independent study resource. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP), MRCP (UK) or the USMLE program, and our mock exams are not past papers.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access it in unauthorised ways, or interfere with its operation or security.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Physify is provided "as is" and we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on its content, including any use of it in clinical practice, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the platform or email.
